What is porous metal film material?
For non-loaded membranes, the membrane Material is metal or alloy, and the membrane used for filtration and separation is called a porous metal membrane. Porous metal membranes are divided into asymmetric porous metal membranes and symmetric porous metal membranes. Asymmetricporous metal membranesinclude Powder-sintered porous metal membranes (the membrane layer is a metal or alloy) and porous metal composite membranes (the membrane layer is a metal oxide). The pore size range is generally 0.01~10μm.
Asymmetric porous metal membrane structure is divided into a support body and membrane layer, the support body is porous metal, such as porous titanium, porous nickel, porous stainless steel, metal wire mesh, or metal fiber mats, and the membrane layer is usually a metal or metal oxides or alloys, and other materials, such as stainless steel, Ni and nickel alloys, Ti, TiO2, Al2O3 and so on. The support layer has a larger pore size and higher strength and plays a role in supporting and reinforcing the separation layer. The separation layer has a smaller pore size and is used for filtration precision control.

Application
Porous metal membrane materials can be used for the treatment of domestic wastewater, biological wastewater, corn syrup clarification, and filtration, fermentation mash mycelium filtration, recovery of caustic soda, oil and grease purification, separation and enrichment of microorganisms, filtration of fermentation broth, ultra-high purity gas filtration, filtration of fruit juice industry, and so on.
